Nanci Napoli has been actively engaged in some area of the real estate industry (sales, leasing, lending and title insurance) for more than 30 years.She ultimately settled on a career in the title insurance industry in 1977 and has held management positions in residential, commercial, and national title service departments for three major title insurance underwriters. Ms. Napoli was most recently Vice President/Manager of First American Title Insurance Company’s National Commercial Services office in St. Louis, Missouri.
She is currently the Vice President of St. Louis Title, L.L.C. in St. Louis specializing in title and escrow services for commercial real estate transactions nationwide. She is an instructor for the Missouri Land Title Institute and gives frequent presentations to attorneys, commercial brokers, commercial lenders, college students, and industry-related associations.
Ms. Napoli is an Advisory Board member for the Jeffrey E. Smith Institute of Real Estate/ Trulaske College of Business/University of Missouri-Columbia, Past President and member of the Board of Directors of the St. Louis Chapter of CoreNet Global, Past President of the Real Estate League of Greater St. Louis (REL), member and past board member- St. Louis Chapter of the National Network of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW Network), member of the Missouri Land Title Association (MLTA), member and past board member of the Missouri Growth Association (MGA), St. Louis Association of Realtors (SLAR), and is Secretary/Treasurer of the St. Louis County Port Authority (a division of the St. Louis County Economic Council).
