Real Estate

The real estate emphasis is for students contemplating a career in real estate investment, property management, mortgage banking, or associated fields.

Students electing the real estate emphasis must be accepted into the BS BA with emphasis in finance and banking. Students earn the real estate emphasis by taking the following 9-hour course sequence in addition to the required finance and banking coursework.

Finance 4500 - Principles of Real Estate
Finance 4510 - Real Estate Appraisal
Finance 4520 - Real Estate Finance and Investment
