What We Do
Technology Services supports all computers and servers owned by the College of Business and its service organizations. This includes all computers in faculty, staff, and PhD student offices, as well as the Center for the Digital Globe and the Missouri Training Institute.
We provide 1st tier desktop and application support for Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Windows operating system, MU campus e-mail and College of Business applications such as SAS, SPSS, Research Insight and others. Technology Services also supports several large administrative databases for the college. For situations involving Division of IT (DoIT), we are the point-of-contact for the college. For anything ranging from email problems to having software made available in the labs, you should submit a COBIS tech request.
What We Don't Do
We do NOT support computers not owned by the College of Business or its service organizations. This includes computers belonging to other MU departments, except by special arrangement. This also includes personal computers owned by college faculty and staff. Further, we do not support applications which are not accepted by the college (such as shareware downloaded from the Internet) unless special arrangements have been made.
