Mizzou Business Research

The University of Missouri(MU) is one of 34 public U.S. universities, and the only public institution in Missouri, to be selected for membership in the Association of American Universities and designated “Doctoral/Research Extensive” by the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching. As a major academic division in one of the nation’s leading research universities, the MU College of Business is committed to preparing students to succeed in the world of business and to advancing the body of knowledge about business.

This type of rigorous research activity by the college’s faculty improves the quality of education the college provides to its students and has a positive impact in the business community. Through their research, College of Business faculty members contribute to what is being taught in classrooms and what is being written in textbooks around the world.
