RAAB Student Body Development

The goals of the Student Development committee are:

• Provide MU students with the skills necessary to be competitive in the job search process
• Provide students with the skills to excel in their professional life by teaching and promoting the competencies necessary for success and to prepare students to manage the expectations of corporate American necessary for a successful career.
• Recruit students to the Trulaske College of Business

A few examples of programs done in the past include:

• Sponsored a workshop series Fall and Spring semesters, Job Search "Career Preparation from Student to Professional" and Professional Development "Making the Workplace Work for You"
• Reviewed résumés for students

The committee may also sponsor socials with students and professionals in the business community in relation to sponsored workshops.
