Dr. Ashley Gangloff is an assistant professor of management at the Trulaske College of Business at the University of Missouri. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts, an MBA and a doctorate in management from Auburn University.

She is a member of the Academy of Management and the Southern Management Association. Her teaching and research interests reside at the intersection of strategic leadership, ethics, and corporate governance. Ashley conducts research on both on the antecedents of corporate misconduct as well as its consequences, with a particular focus on how firms and their leaders can respond to misconduct in ways that restore stakeholder confidence. Other research interests include the structure and composition of boards of directors. Ashley has published articles in several peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of Management and Strategic Management Journal.
